Symposium ODSN-TPSC : Disconnect to better reconnect

This symposium aims to bring together Francophone and Anglophone organizations and professionals who work with adults with developmental disabilities. This day of conferences, workshops and networking is an opportunity to disconnect from your daily life to focus on your needs and the people around you.

The keynote speaker, Dr. Suzanne Filion, will help you understand, increase, and live your resilience, in order to access wellness. Micheline Boisvert Vachon and Luce Bélanger's workshops will replenish your toolbox with techniques and concepts to help you reconnect with yourself while being an asset in the workplace.
